How long will it take for my order to arrive?/How much is my shipping?

Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information.  Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices.

Orders over 35 qualify for FREE SHIPPING.

Free shipping will be available to all domestic orders totaling 35 or more; no web code needed. Purchase must total 35 or more, after any applicable discounts and before sales tax and shipping fees are applied. The free shipping offer is valid for orders in the United States and applies to standard ground shipping methods only.

Canadian orders are eligible for free shipping when the order value totals 100 or more, and international orders are eligible for free shipping when the order value totals 150 or more, after all applicable discounts and before sales tax and shipping fees are applied.

Our system automatically detects multiple orders placed by the same person and sent to the same shipping address and consolidates them to a single order to optimize shipping and limit environmental waste. Unfortunately, if you have used multiple coupon codes in separate orders and these orders are combined by our system, we will be unable to refund any additional shipping fees.

PLEASE NOTE:  Shipping times are subject to carrier delivery and thus are NOT guaranteed. Some US locations may require an additional business day for priority and express shipping. We are NOT responsible for lost, stolen or undelivered packages. ALL LOST, STOLEN, OR RETURNED package claims are the responsibility of the buyer. USPS failures are not the fault of Nonsolocartucce Couture or a reflection on our level of dedication to our customers, however, we do offer a shipping warranty service that can be purchased with each order for as little as 0.98, which will replace or refund your order in the event that it is lost, stolen, or undelivered.

Shipments that are refused and/or returned to sender without prior communication with customer service will be subject to a 20% restocking fee plus any return shipping fees charged to our account. Please note that refused shipments may experience significant delays in the return shipping process, so any applicable refunds may take up to 30-60 days to process, as we cannot begin the refund process until the merchandise is received by our store. It is always best to communicate with customer service first in order to cancel or return an order.

In rare occasions due to unforeseen circumstances, some orders, particularly orders with custom or made-to-order items, may be delayed in production and shipping by one to two business days. While we do everything in our power to prevent delays in production and shipping, if you are purchasing an item for a special event that is within the next two weeks, we recommend contacting our customer serivce prior to purchase so that we can ensure that your order arrives on time.

I received the wrong product or the product was damaged.

If you feel that you have received the wrong product or your product was damaged, please contact customer service within 72 hours of receiving the product.

 

What is your return policy?

We love happy customers!

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, we will gladly accept unwashed, unworn merchandise with all original tags attached within 30 days from the original purchase date for a full refund. Please allow 7-10 business days for processing on all returns. 

All items are warrantied against manufacturer defect up to 30 days after purchase. To report a defect in manufacturing, please send an email to info@nonsolocartucce.com including your order number and a picture clearly showing the defect. We will determine whether to repair the item or send a replacement.

Unfortunately, we cannot refund original or return shipping fees. We are happy to provide a pre-paid return label at your request, however please note that for all discretionary returns, the retail cost of the return label will be deducted from your refund. Discretionary returns are defined as a return for any reason other than manufacturer defect or a mistake or error by our fulfillment team.

When will my order ship?

Please see each individual item page for more information on the availability of each item. Also, after placing your order, you may click the "My Account" link at the bottom of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information (if purchased) within 24-48 hours of shipment.
